2. Summary

  • We use no tracking or advertising services and use no cookies for visitors. We measure how often our pages are visited anonymously on servers in Germany (section 3).
  • Fonts, images, maps and data sheets are hosted on our own servers in Germany – no data is transferred to third parties when you access the pages.
  • We only process personal data insofar as this is necessary to operate the website or you provide us with data yourself, for example via the contact form.

3. Hosting and log data

The website and the associated database are operated on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in data centres in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with our service provider for the operation.

When images, photos and data sheets are accessed, the following data is stored in log files for technical reasons: IP address, date and time, requested file, HTTP status code, browser type and version, and the previously visited page (referrer). The logs serve security and error analysis purposes and are automatically deleted after 5 days. This data is not merged with other data.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website.

The connection is encrypted via TLS (“https://”); data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Audience measurement without cookies

To understand how our website is used, we count visits with the open-source software Umami. It runs on servers of our service provider KonzeptQuartier at Hetzner Online GmbH in data centres in Germany; we have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with this provider. No data is transferred to third parties.

We record the page visited, the previously visited page (referrer), browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, the country, region and city derived from the IP address, loading times as well as clicks on telephone numbers, email addresses, downloads and links to other websites and the submission of the contact form (without its content). The IP address is not stored. To distinguish visits from one another, Umami creates a non-reversible hash from the IP address, browser identifier and a random value that changes daily. This makes it impossible to recognise you beyond that day or on other websites. No cookies are set and no information is stored on your device.

The data cannot be attributed to any person and is only evaluated in aggregated form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is to design and improve our website according to our visitors' needs. If “Do Not Track” is enabled in your browser, no measurement takes place.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any cookies for visitors. In your browser's storage (localStorage) we only store your selection in the “Privacy settings” dialog (“fut-consent”) so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit. This information is not transmitted to us and you will be asked again after 12 months. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Should we use services requiring consent in the future, we will ask for your consent beforehand. You can change your selection at any time via the fingerprint icon in the footer.

Recording of usage (only with consent)

If you consent to the “Statistics” category in the privacy settings, we additionally record for some visits how the pages are used (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) and create click and scroll maps from this. Form entries are not recorded. The recordings are also stored in Umami on servers in Germany (see section 3) and are deleted after 30 days. During your visit, the recording uses a temporary storage in your browser.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via the fingerprint icon in the footer.

If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) or “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal, we treat it as a refusal of all services requiring consent and do not ask separately. We store this selection as described above; you can change it at any time via the fingerprint icon.

5. Contact form, email and telephone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide (name, company, email address, telephone number, subject and message) in order to respond to your enquiry.

Messages from the contact form are not stored on the web server but delivered to us by email. For sending, we use the Brevo service of Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to a contract or its initiation, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest is responding to your enquiry. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for processing; statutory retention periods (e.g. for business letters under commercial and tax law) remain unaffected.

6. Search

The search on this website runs in your browser. If you open the results page, the search term is transmitted to our server, processed there solely to display the results and not stored.

7. Fonts

The font used (Montserrat) is hosted locally on our server. No connection is established to Google Fonts or other providers.

8. Directions, OpenStreetMap and Google Maps

The map on the contact page is an image hosted on our server (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors). Only when you click “Open in OpenStreetMap” or “Open in Google Maps” is the respective map service opened in a new window. From then on, its privacy policy applies:

9. Dealer portal and website dashboard

The dealer portal at portal.fut-gmbh.de is a separate service with its own privacy policy.

The dashboard at /dashboard is intended solely for our administrators. When logging in, a technically necessary session cookie (“fut_admin”) is set, which expires after 7 days. To protect against misuse, failed login attempts are briefly counted in memory together with the IP address and discarded after 30 minutes at the latest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

10. Your rights

You have the right to

  • access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and
  • withdraw consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): If we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

To do so, simply contact info@fut-gmbh.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de.

11. Obligation to provide data, automated decision-making

You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. Without your contact details, however, we cannot respond to an enquiry. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

12. Advertising emails

We hereby object to the use of the contact details published in the legal notice for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising.
